It was available from DealExtreme but they're out of stock now.
You can get 1600 lumen lights which use the Cree XM-L T6 diode for £30-40 from dx.com. That's above the £18 VAT threshold but it'll take a month unless you want £20 express deliver... but that's still half the price of On One's item, and it probably from the same factory anyway.
