It's just linkbait.
Typical article starting with a "joke" and then following it up with a rant about most of the things that were in the "joke" anyway.
Unfortunately these articles enforces the us/them attitude in the tiny brains of the minority of motorists who have it in for cyclists. It's hate speech and incitement to violence.
