Beyond that they are a lot more compatible with a living space than a road bike jacked up on a turbo. As it all ready to go you are more likely to use it. The power meter gives a real time graphical representation of both left and right leg input (not just a single power reading as many power meters do) so can improve efficiency and is great for injury rehabilitation.
