Burnt food doesnt always equal bad food, burnt food is usually down to being inexperienced or just being distracted but if you serve burnt food well in the know it is such, then it is bad food. Also happens with people who can't be arsed to do it right or when pointed out or just too thick to take suggestions and pointers on how to improve their dish and comes up with tonnes of excuses.
It's reflected in the first post of this thread. Try to resolve a bad trade first with the seller, if not then name and shame. There wasn't even a trade with bec's case, let alone a bad one, just something suspicious, could have been dealt with better in many other ways rather than ending up here.

I know you're a good cook, that's why I used that analogy(and not a polo one ;) ), but you've also burned something once or twice, didn't make you a bad cook, just as one bad trade does not always mean a bad trader.
