  • I bought this for my brother but he decided it's too small before even riding the bloody thing, so now it's looking for a new home. It's a lovely frame, sadly I'm even taller than my brother so there's no chance of me being able to ride it in much comfort

The frame is constructed from lightweight Columbus Altec aluminum, utilising aero-profiled tubing for both the down and top tubes. The forks are carbon-fibre, straight-bladed and produced by Mizuno. There is plenty of steerer left, allowing for any number of permutations of steerer/stem set up.

The paintwork is stunning in daylight, the deep blue has a beautiful lustre, hard to capture in photos, which is set off* just so* by the vibrant red of the front end of the bike. Size-wise, the BB is stamped '54'. By my measurements the ST is 54 c-c and 58 c-t (the top of the clamp that is), with a TT of 55 c-c.

Mechanically the frame is in excellent condition, with perfect threads and no dings or dents anywhere. The paint is in very good condition, with just a few marks typical of light use.

    • Columbus Altec aluminium frame
    • Carbon Mizuno straight-bladed forks
    • Threadless 1 1/8th H/S (excellent condition)
    • Condor seatclamp
    • 2 x bottle mounts
      -Vertical dropouts
      -27.2mm seatpost

I'm after £SOLD happy to post anywhere (at cost) though collection from London is preferred. You're welcome to come and view it at my flat in Camberwell or my studio in Bermondsey...

Any questions, or if you require any further photos, just ask!

  • Nice, that.

  • Thanks, it's even nicer in the flesh

  • I should say, I have quite a lot of parts that I could include in the sale... ahead stems, loads of drop bars, various seatposts, a centaur 10 speed carbon mech etc etc

  • Possibly interested, what length is the headtube??

  • Dibs.

  • Possibly interested, what length is the headtube??
The height including the headset is 15.7cm give or take a mm, the headtube itself is 13.5cm

  • How much would it cost to include the rear mech? Any other centaur bits you could include?

  • I'd want 45 for the Centaur mech - it's carbon and in mint condition. I don't have any other Centaur parts, though I do have a Chorus 10 speed chainset and a Veloce front mech. Also some Aksium wheels, and some other bits and pieces all looking for new homes. Not quite a full build but not far from it. Depending on how much you'd be interested in I could work out a price...

  • Dibs.

This was a speculative dibs... the bike is still available

  • Nice.

  • Back tomorrow, bronze-limbed and full of joie de vivre bump. £230 for this now

  • Post-holiday / broke-pocket / wet-London blues = £SOLD now

  • Christ that's sexy.

  • Nice! Do you know how much it weighs? With and without fork.

  • ^ Ain't it just
^^ Not sure, very light though. I don't have digital scales but you're welcome to come and have a look if you want?

  • Would if I could. Unfortunately I reside in Sweden. Will need to think about it for a while.

  • Poor photo but an example of what it looks like with some round things attached.

  • Still here, teasing and taunting me every time I look at it. £SOLD now, a bargain I think for a frame that weighs as little as it does and looks as good as it does
