It's an odd one, individually the parts are all quite desirable, but once assembled they seem to be missing something.
They're all nice parts.
Frame- this is an old alloy frame with a big dent in it, based on my experience of dented Cannondale track frames I'd say that this is worth whatever the recycling centre will pay for 2 kilograms of aluminium.

I have ridden the bike myself and i'm around 90 kilos. It has never been a problem, neither has the dent 'evolved'
It is a dent. it shows. it is there. BUT i has no effect on the frame at all!This frame was mine:
It has an even bigger dent i the TT.
I sold it to a buyer who happily rides it around London, in this current state: -
