I presume Brendan was joking, and deliberately mis-spelling 'grammar', as the correct form of the superlative for 'bald' is, of course, 'baldest'.
Arguably, though, 'bald' is part of a contradictory disjunction with 'hairy' and doesn't admit of either comparative or superlative--a person is either bald or not. (That does not preclude the use of combinations like 'almost bald'.) Obviously, usage is often not logical. :)
