There will be a three-person committee from each Division to decide on subs and forfiets for the other Division. Subs should be roughly the same level of player as the person for whom they sub, as decided by the committee. Subs may be able to play both Divisions, subject to approval by the committee. The main role of the committees is to make sure a team does not get an unfair advantage by bringing in a sub who is substantially better than the player for whom they are subbing.
If a team wishes to use a sub, they must contact the main contact for their deciding committee (tbd asap).
