Been all over Everton, proper dominance.
Vertonghen's been the best player by far. Holtby has been industrious, but hasn't affected the final third.
Sandro has been strong. And we should have had a penalty when vertonghen was bundled over.
Soldado has been making runs down the sides of the central defenders but hasn't been found, both Townsend and walker have had chances to play the pass but have taken the wrong option.
Chiriches looks a bit too pleased with himself and his skill. But seems prone to over elaborate. Dawson keeps swinging that long diagonal ball to vertonghen or Lennon which so frustrates me, rather then playing it upto Sandro and thence to holtby.
And we're not getting enough bodies making runs into the box, too often its just soldado looking for the ball, and we're definitely not making the most of our chances. Look for siggurdson and Eriksen to be on after sixty minutes.
We need more of a spark creatively up front.
