I used to have a Харьков Велосипед Завод Peкopд (XB3 Record). I believe Record was quite an entry level frame, it was a bit on the heavy side and workmanship was far from beauty of Italian frames. All in all a fun allround bike with moderate tyre clearing.
Originally rear spacing was 110 mm, but on mine the was cut and welded to 120 mm. Also thread of the original front fork is some weird Russkiy Standart. On my bike the original headset was shot, so I installed a road fork and normal headset. Head tube was also a bit larger than normal, but a few pieces of beer can between headtube and headset cups fixed that. I believe bottom bracket thread was BSA.
