till you realize it will only use awkward headsets

As a Beater king you should know that you can always use alu cans to adjust diameter.

I'm guessing 700c/29er in a path racer frame that was meant to have large clearances with 27" wheels.

rims are sun ringle mtx-33 29er and tires 700x35c racing ralph

would really like to know about the original use of the frame! path racer is very likely. or maybe they just made track training frames with the same mold as touring&basic frames
