Is it not recommended to go for a 'Hand built in the USA' model over Tiawan built? Not sure when production was switched though approx 2009.

But I'm sure more seasoned aficionado's will be able to clarify the pros and cons.

I think 2010 was the last USA built CAAD9s. I have one, it's BB30, and it's rad.

However internet chatter from owners of both 9s and 10s say the 10 is better, despite the chunkier welds.

I'd say the CAAD8s produced at the same time as 9s, and the BSA 9s aren't so attractive. Everything else is a goer in my view. If anyone spots a NOS CAAD6 BB30 Saeco rep in 52cm please let me know.

Obviously Six13s and SystemSix are wild but difficult to find without problems.
