Are Campy ergo rebuilt parts available in Europe?

Does anyone know any European shop that carries the Campy Ergo rebuilt parts?? (g springs, CAM, etc).

I have been searching online and I seem to get very limited options which are all US based and all verfy expensive!

I am looking for a 10 speed CAM (to go from 9 to 10) + all the other parts which is recomended to replace when rebuilding.

They do have a very informative web page, but the prices are pretty steep!
