No, mixte means two tubes on top. Double top tube. Can be man or woman.
This frame is still 4 sale.
Bottom bracket is probably french, Im not sure.
It can be changed to italian threading by pro bike workshop.
Headset and fork threading is standard- ISO, 1 inch.
Seatpost has no threading, there is a simply hole in the frame:-)
