I think I'd like it more if all the nuts on the injector pump had their flats properly matched up. The answer is to keep putting the sealing washers on the surface grinder so that correct torque on each nut is achieved with the flat of each nut perfectly aligned.
A PIA but it does justify ownership of a surface grinder.
