Graze is a great business model.
I would invest but there are very few barriers to competitors entering
It basically works like such
1.) Identify the lazy members of the population who can't be bothered to leave the house to find food and decide on portion sizes.
2.) Convince these 'lazy' people to signup quickly and easily online with a freebee code to a monthly rolling contract.
3.) Allow them to select from a range of foods some healthy'ish' but mostly not.
4.) Ignore their selection and send them food with the biggest markup anyway
5.) Wait a month and hope they forget the contract will roll on.
6.) Make the cancellation of service as hard as possible even if they do try.
7.) Bombard anyone who does cancel with followup offers.
