Interesting. I've got M520s on my road bike that didn't come with reflectors. At £15 that would be a lot cheaper. I don't really cycle properly with non-cycling shoes, but I like having the option to occasionally go somewhere by bike in normal shoes. Probably only once a month, but I would like them to last indefinitely. I wonder if the plastic adaptors would stay on long...

Ooh - these look good except for lack of reflectors, and it's now going to be dark for about six months
