Anyone knows where I can get a paintjob like this around London? I'm thinking to get my Montello with this sort of shades...

Looks like the sort of "colour flip" or "reflex" paint that TVR used, amongst other car manufacturers. Any wet painter that can source car paints should be able to do it.
