Can anyone recommend a fixed/free cross-ready wheelset for a reduced budget around £200-250? Want to fit tyres up to 35c!

for large tyres? narrow rims might be a disadvantage.

Get a wheelset build with cheap hubs and wide touring rims.

well obviously but as he was asking for a (already built) wheelset

£200-£250 is enough to ask a shop to build him one I figure.

my wheelset is a hplus tb14 with blb king hubs, works well

Whats the difference between TB14 and Archetypes performance wise?

Archetypes are lighter, probably more aero and allegedly stiffer.

gazelle is nice, but why to waste a DA shifters just for braking...?

Well, so he can rebuild it to gears easily..

that's my gazelle, i have almost whole 7400 group. Waiting to find rear derailleur to fit those shifters, geting gears then. That's really fun to ride have to say.
