Ok, so I have found a great place that will remove the downtube braze-ons (old shifter mounts), sandblast the frame and powder coat frame, fork, and stem for £65. I'll be leaving the cable routing as it is now and then rebuild it with a new BB and crankset (old 105) and all stripped parts.
I'm going to clean up all parts and get it delivered to Sheffield
