Any question answered...

Oh internet, I wanted just one answer. OK, winter wheels, will be 3x , have 28-32 tyres, a 10-12 kg bike and a 90kg rider. The rider may not be the most sensitive to the 'feel' of the rim, or how 'fast' the tyre rolls ect ect. I want them to be cheap and last. If they are all the same I will pick the cheapest.

Any further insight on the rims mentioned?

Rigida DP18 is what you need. Very strong and reliable with 32 holes.
