• This morning I made a smoothie with Provamel rice coconut milk, handful of baby spinach, banana, cacao nibs and some Udo's (omega) oil. The oil tastes vile but is concealed nicely when mixed into a smoothie. Substitute the milk for coconut water for hydration post-ride. You could also add chia/flax seeds, oats, protein powder (pea, hemp), spirulina, maca powder etc.
