• Might sound odd but banana, orange juice, baby leaf spinach, cucumber (peeled). The spinach doesn't really impose itself on the overall taste so it's more about the OJ and banana. I might also add some flaxseed powder, wheatgrass or maca.
    Before a proper ride I go for the above but add oats, chia seeds and dates, soaking them overnight. Best to leave a decent gap between chugging this and riding as it is a meal in a stein.
