Today I got confirmation that Boneshaker will be publishing an article of mine in the new year, and took part in a photoshoot with Steve Hunt for his #bloodycyclists project. All in all a shamelessly good bike-related day for Alex.

...... got stung on the head by a wasp that had decided my helmet was a good place set up home. Must of been there for about 10 minutes before it got annoyed and let me have it. Little bugger, my head still hurts 7 hours later.

Sounds unpleasant.
Maybe you need a wasp deflector.
Off to dragons den I go. -

That's awesome, it'd be like my dream job. Is she down in Bristol then? I was going to ask them if I could do some editing/menial tasks, but figured it'd be too long distance from Norwich.

Nah, she is here in Norwich, They just email her the stuff she needs to do. Its all self funded, no profit (no advertising) so they love it when people ask to help them out.
Get in touch with them and see what they say.

I'll ask her, but I dont think there is much to tell really, they usually just get in touch when/if they have anything to do

Heading to the station at about 5:45 this morning, looks as though a cyclist (female in dark clothing with no lights from what we saw) was knocked off/bumped by a car near the crossing by Freeman's. They were standing when we passed, looked in a bit of pain mind. Police and an ambulance there on the way back, Here's hoping they're ok and it was no one here.

Jeez, at least they were standing when you saw them - with cars coming at quite a pace down from Grapes Hill it could have been a lot worse.

At that very spot today a car broke down approaching Grapes Hill. They sat there with the hazards on, me and another bod got out and pushed them round the corner onto Dereham Road.
