Easy way to teach a women to cycle and what type of bike

I will let my sister know she can go on free course or pay for a instructor. I dont think its A good idea for me to teach her, I can still remember all the silly questions she kept asking me when I was teaching her to drive!

how is her driving now ?
did you prove to be a good driving instructor ? or did she take lessons with a professional instructor in the end ?
