  • Apologies for boring question:

I work for a medium sized charity looking for a file transfer solution primarily for data transfer (e.g. supporter data to fulfilment houses, web agencies etc) and artwork file transfer (e.g. to printhouse). While the requirements are fairly minimal, in line with ICO best practice we want to restrict access across the organisation (so for example not letting the whole staff team access people's personal details if we're uploading supporter data). I'm assuming a business account with a few users set up is the most straightforward way of doing this. User-friendly is a priority as we're all idiots. Box, Dropbox and Sugarsync all look much of a muchness and cost basically the same - any thoughts?

I use dropbox and have no problems with it so personally I'd go with dropbox but from looking at it I'd guess it's just whatever takes your pick
