^ My best pizza in London has to be the first time I went to Franco Manca in Brixton, just blew my mind. Can't remember what I had, but it would have heavily featured meat. Went to Rome years ago, but can't remember much about it, so dunno what the 'authentic' ones are supposed to be like.
Haven't been toTrattoria Sapori, but heard good things.
