  • I am surprised that the correct answer is not emergent yet.
    You need bigger,fatter bouncier tyres, like the kind you get on a tractor or a back hoe.
    These will also give you the added benefit of reduced rolling resistance.

  • Combine this approach with putting your pedals on the inside of the cranks instead - this significantly reduces your effective q-factor.

  • Remove the cranks. This will help to avoid reaching speeds which might be dangerous to yourself and other road users.
