Have to say that was one of the best sessions I've coached. Amazing track, great riders and impressive progression.
I'd happily run another but if Peckham club are doing regular Go BMX sessions then my work here is kinda done…
I'm confused about the Go BMX thing - I emailed the gobmxcc email address and it's run by some people based in Derby, right, and they are doing another session end of Nov - were they working with you on Sunday Rob?
Peckham beginners classes are Saturday 9.30 - 11h and Thursdays 6.30 - 9h with Nigel. Progression to experts Sat 11-1h and Wednesday 6.30-9h
This isn't Go BMX (which all the "Go" things are British Cycling initiatives, right) and more novice training sessions, just as say HH runs novice/inters/etc training sessions? Are absolute, not been on a BMX track since my age was in single figures, "mature" beginners welcome to these? It's not very clear from the website.
Rob, I'd say there's room for both. Especially as the Peckham club is open to all abilities and all ages... I see value in your sessions for progressive development.
Yes - this. Whilst I couldn't make it to sunday, feedback sounded great.
