I was just talking about this the other night. Who fucking knows. I'm fairly sure its the same people, both have good pies, but not the same menu. Weird.
Anyway - If its nice out (unlikely) express is good for sitting out front, if its shitty than regular Il Bacio is better, in my opinion. Both have great 'za and I've not really noticed much of a difference.
