Will pass by on my way home, no clue from reading the above whether there will be someone from the too vague posts above... English not being my first language...

Any chance anyone has a Brompton for sale?
I'm tired of not having a bike and not being able to just go out and add to my delinquent and damaged stable..
-
• #23859
I'm definitely going Loic, but only stopping if someone's there already. I'll be more than half an hour from now

Wasn't expecting such a big crowd tonight, was actually nice to see Rosie's new race horse...twice ;)
-
• #23865
At least 13 people, though not at the same time.
Empties and Reeen, it's been ages, good to catch up. Good luck with the house move and new position at work respectively.
-
• #23866
Empties?! He's still out there somewhere? Did he bring Eccles cakes?

Are you sure you're not just trying to jump on the latest hipster bandwagon?
Road bikes are dead, it's all about Bromptons, it seems.

• #23873
I just want a working bike... I have frames. I have forks. I have bits. Bars. Tape. Brakes. Cables.
But Fuck all working bike.
Plus I have to store it at the missus place when she has no space. So I'm been thinking it's a solution. I'm definitely not locking anything up outside ever again.
-
• #23874
Good decision the locking up. Took me nearly fifty years. But a Brompton is still a cart and not a wagon.
-
• #23875
Just get a nice but replaceable bike and insure it?
Not that I've actually dared lock my new one up at work yet. It's still hanging out by the printer.
haven't seen you in ages Iain.
