I got hit and broke my collarbone last tuesday, going to claim for repair or write-off of bike through the driver's insurance. I hadn't thought about injury claims, but my legally-minded friend says I should claim for that too, especially given that shoulders can often have chronic problems later on.
Not fussed about getting madd ca$h but I'll definitely have to spend more on the commute if I don't go by bike. I've been on half-term so technically not lost any earnings. Don't get paid for half-term. :(
