I reckon I've seen this dude, I told you about him Tibbs when I saw you last at the Ivy House. I was convinced it was him and about to pull up alongside at the lights and say hai - also on OKR - on the way to the pub when I realised it wasn't him. Came very close to embarrassing myself...

I'm also sure I've seen the same guy, I posted about him on this VERY THREAD and spybot was insistent that it wasn't him. He's definitely got a doppelganger or a long lost twin riding around South London.
