Indoor. UCI velodrome in Aigle, natch. With possibly an occasional trip over to the equally indoor Velodrome Suisse up in Grenchen.

At the moment, since I'm going through a Vittoria fanboi phase, I'm eyeing up a pair of Pista CSes as potential candidates.

I'd grab for the Continental Sonderklasse 165s--- for "training" probably some Tempos. The Sonderklasse tyres are fast and hold up well. The EVO CSs are good tyres at a wonderful price point but are hardly robust. I keep mine for "special days" (but not the "really special" days).
