Sorry to revive this thread a little off-topic, I just didn't want to start a new one for the sake of the following question..
Does any one have any experience with ordering from MASH?
I placed an order in May and the stuff arrived within about a week.
In September, I did the same and spent about $300. A lot of money but a significant saving had I bought the same items over here (even including delivery).
The items haven't arrived and no one is replying to my emails about whether the order's been dispatched. I am being perhaps a little impatient but it's almost a month since I ordered and got confirmation/shipping note.
I know Mike Martin was over in Milan for the Red Hook Crit last week but can anyone think of another reason for radio silence or what I might think to do next? I'm not keen on sending another email (sent 3 already) incase it unecessarily ruffles feathers. I don't want a refund, I just want the goods.
