Was in similar situation, with the same frameset - crashed and bent the fork.
I went for a chinese "track" carbon forks with 38mm rake, as couldn't find anything cheap with original 35mm.
Result - bike is lighter, handling is great, comfort is much better.
Go carbon and you won't regret it. Maybe columbus tusk with alloy steerer?
