Yes basically. I wouldn't leave a bike locked on the street around PoW area at night.

get yourself a couple of kyrptonite D locks, and secure both wheels and your frame. Wouldnt settle for anything else.

Walk in. That's the safe option. Wouldn't leave my bike locked overnight near hundreds of drunken mongoloids who like to beat each other up for fun.
