I think that looks awesome! Imagine how easily it would be to chew... And like a shark when one set fell out you'd just start using the next row... Probably end up biting your tongue a lot though...
Oh and imagine the returns from the tooth fairy! :)
Edit: a quick google suggests that although the rest are real, the one with a full upper pallet is probably a fake
