Any advice for changing the level of trainning from summer output to winter.
My plan is to concentrate on increasing my FTP on a spinbike and some core work in the gym from Rowing, suspension training.
A little outdoor running with maybe one long run a week and zero biking
(apart from when I can't resist it)
Just heard the news about henley too.. guess thats off my race schedule for next year.
