Dolan don't chase and face their BB shells. I chased and faced mine on my Pre Cursa and had to remove a reasonable amount of material too so well worth getting it done if you're going to run Omniums.
Mudguards should be fine with 25c on the Pre Cursa but you might have to run your rear wheel right back in the track ends depending on your gearing. This is a 25c Pasela on my 54cm.
