Forum Rider Down and/or notification of minor incidents

Thanks guys. I've got a bruise forming nicely on my arse and I feel awful about the whole thing - it keeps replaying in my head. This morning I realise just how lucky I am to be alive and it's scared the shit out of me. I can't imagine getting back on a bike for some time.
