Counter-petition to 'Stop Surrey being a cycle track' campaign

I commute to Surrey, during the RideLondon, my colleague got special passes to get to their shop while the charity ride was underway, hardly preventing locals resident from leaving their houses.

Presuming you still work in east st I'm sure the route didn't go past there?
