Considering your usual aversion to drops and apparently endless supply of North Road bars It may be worth considering DIY - I know you have some good craft skills, you could fill a pair of North Roads with sand, whack the endplugs in, make some chuck jaws and a bending stick (e.g. a 2' length of 2"x2" with a suitably placed hole to give leverage and bishboshbash the world of handlebar shapes is your (slightly risky) oyster.
