Any further thoughts on post count/time on forum before ability to post ads?

After my recent experience of a scam on here, the second scam of such I've encountered on here, a recently joined member falsely advertising, taking payment probably with intention of withdrawing from paypal account and closing it before dispute is raised.

Can't help but think it would make the classifieds a safer place if there was more required before being able to post an ad?
