Does that apply to a flashing light? I've heard it mentioned before (usually by people advocating two lights, one fixed and one flashing) but I still find it very hard to believe.
How many people are hit from behind or front when they have working lights vs. how many are side-swiped, etc when driver is completely oblivious to their presence?
