Very interested. Is the threading of the bottom bracket and head set/stem standard British threading?

Also, is the frame damaged in any other way apart from the dent. If not, does the dent affect the ride and or geometry? Also, when you say the seat post is "stuck" what do you mean exactly? Is it literally not removable (ceased) or can one remove it and adjust the height?

Yes both standard British threading.

Nope just that dent on the down tube, my brother didn't notice any change in the ride/geometry when he was riding the frame back when he aware of a dent in the frame.

The seatpost is seazed. Hope that answers yours questions.
