Loving riding fixed for the first time after my geared bikes got nicked. Building myself up a decent bike but need to get the chainline sorted. The chainring is sitting out by 3-4mm. How far out can I safely space the rear sprocket? How much thread is needed for the minimum-don't want to strip my brand new hub!? I could move the ring inboard but as it's a single chainset there's no steps on the spider arms for the ring to sit on as there is on the outer side-would that matter? Help the new guy!!
