I threw a few bits together today. Still need to fit cog, chain, brake etc and torque everything up. And probably cut the steerer, too.

Bike as it was for the last couple of weeks, easy bars, no cages, front brake...

Maybe i'll get some fenders (better ones that i had on last year.. fcking tie-wraps) to make it a proper winter bike.
Fixed up the lady-friend bike as well after a scooter drove her off the road, crashing her rear wheel..
