This is quite an extreme length to go to in order to get out of a date, couldn't you have just said you were waxing your owl instead?
Hope you're still coming out on Thursday even if you Tube it there and that your confidence comes back again. And also that you're now going to stop demonstrating how much harder you are than various inanimate objects, the only way you're going to top a bus is by getting into an argument with a Boeing 747 or the Shard or something,
