Hi, just thought i'd stick this in here first as some folks seem to like their hifi stuff.
I have a pioneer bluray player to shift but... It is very choosy with which bluray discs it will spin. I'm describing it as a cd and dvd player as those play flawlessly. I'm told the bluray has a different laser etc internally so i'm assuming this is what is malfunctioning.
Anyway, it's a pioneer bdp-lx71, it's a seriuos bit of kit. I bought it almost new from a friend who still had the recipt for 800 quid. It's reviewed here:

At 600 quid. I replaced it with another, much cheaper, pioneer bluray last week so the kids could watch their films but the sound and picture aren't as good as this one. Basically, if you want a cd deck you can also play dvds on then this is amazing.
Is it worth 50 quid to anyone? If not then give me an offer. You could always fix the bluray but someone told me it costs 500 quid to do. Maybe not, eh.
Collection from dulwich but may drop it off if it's not too far away.
Cheers,
B.
